You will receive an access code prior to your stay, you may use it to access the main door.

The property has 2 full bathrooms with tub and shower on the top level (where all the 3 bedrooms are located), there is one 1/2 bath on the main level (where the Living room and kitchen is located) please check the bathroom arrangement on our home page.

Yes, there is an open outdoor shower located at the back of the property.

The kitchen at this property is equipped with basic utensils like pots and pans, coffee mugs, spoons, forks, butter knives, chopping board, chopping knives, wine glasses, tall and short glasses, dinner & quarter plates, etc. are provided for free to use during your stay.

Please wash and return them to their respective cabinets before your check out.

Yes, this property has two indoor parking spots for a standard sized car or a mid sized SUV. The parking spots are marked with visible property# marking.

No, please park only in your designated 2 parking spots. Driveway is shared area to access garage. No one is allowed to park on the driveway. Your vehicle may be towed away at your expense.

This property has only 2 designated indoor parking spots. If you have more than two cars, you may use metered parking spots on the street for short term or locate a parking lot nearby.

FAQs- Rentals & Season

Minimum age to sign a rental agreement is 30.

There are multiple options available, you may reserve through airbnb, vrbo, summer shore rentals, or contact us for availability.

Sorry, we do not rent this property for full season rentals.

In Season or Summer season starts on May 1st and ends on Nov 1st.

This is the time of the year when the island is fully packed for events, fun & sun activities.

All the amusements parks, arcades, boardwalk bars & restaurants, trams, bicycles, beach rentals, etc. open. Most of the major events happen during this period.

Reservations for this period is basically done way in advance. Most of our renters book the property 2-6 months in advance.

There is a huge demand of weekly rentals during this period, please expect to pay higher rental rates around the area.

During In Season, we only offer weekly rentals. Please check our Availability page.

The period from Nov 2nd thru Apr 30th is termed as out of season.

Even though most of the boardwalk activities including amusement parks, arcades, snack bars are closed; families still come here to relax and organize close gatherings and parties. There are many restaurants and bars that stay open during these times.

The island has its own charm during this time, less people, quiet streets, boardwalk to your self, soothing fall & winter views of sunrise, Cape May bird watching, and much more..

There is comparatively less rental demands and we offer this property for weekend rentals or 3 nights min rentals.

Usually the rental rates are less compared to in-season rates.

During an Out of Season period, 3 minimum nights are required to book.

There may be exceptions, please contact us for the dates you are looking for.
