  • Pillows on all the beds, additional pillows can be located inside closets
  • Startup toiletries including travel packs of men and women body wash, shampoo, wipes, and toilet rolls.
  • Ground coffee
  • Hand washing soap in each bathroom
  • Kitchen paper towel roll
  • Few trash bags for initial use
  • Dishwashing soap at the sink and startup dishwashing tabs for dishwasher
  • Laundry detergent and dryer sheets
  • 1 Beach bag, 1 beach mat, surf boards, 2 beach bicycles, 4 folding stadium chairs, 1 large wheeled cooler, 1 beach umbrella, and beach toys (located in the storage)
  • Bottle of sanitizer at the kitchen counter
  • Face masks in the TV cabinet
